I have submitted my PR application under Canadian Experience class in Buffalo during Nov 2012. My file was later moved to CPP-O. I am the principal applicant (residing in Canada) and my spouse and our kid is India. In Sept 2012 I received an email from CPP-O for medicals which we completed in early Oct 2012 and the e-cas was updated in late Oct 2012. I have not heard anything from the CPP-O after that. Later I contacted them by email and they replied back saying that my application is still under process.
Right now I am a post graduate work permit holder, having a job listed under NOC A category. My spouse and daughter are still in India. They want to join me ASAP in Canada.
1. I wonder what would be the implications if my spouse apply for an open work permit from India? Will it anyway affect the PR processing?
2. Since I have applied for PR from within Canada, when the CPP-O asks for passport do I need to send all three of our passports together?
3. Can my spouse and daughter send their passports to CHC, New Delhi to get visa stamped rather than sending it to CPP-O?
A guidance will be highly appreciated...Thanks a lot in advance.
