PR Medical report

Hey, I got my medical done and the report says i have grade 3.1 solitary right lower lobe calcified granuloma . Will it lead to medical test failure on immigration end or will I pass it without any further check up ? Because it also says no acute airspace disease .
Please help

Did you hear anything back from IRCC ? Did you have to go through any more tests or did you pass the exam ?
My father got the same thing mentioned in his chest x-ray report as yours. So I am worried if this will cause any issues in the medical !
