Hello Guys,

Can some one help me on the below query, appreciate your help in advance:

In the website I read two options for medical exam : This is for EXPRESS ENTRY

1. Taking up upfront medical exam before submitting an application (OR)
2.Wait for instructions once I have submitted my application- They will send instructions on how to get my medical exam done , which needs to be completed within 30 days )

Which is the best option ?? Please suggest is it mandatory to take upfront medical exam for EXPRESS ENTRY ?

You must take the upfront medical, you will not receive any instructions from IRCC.
