I request some guidance from Forum members,
I am going to complete 5 years for my PRs. only 15 days remaining to complete 5 years from landing date. and 20 days remaining as per PR expiry date on front side of PR. I could not complete residence obligation of two years and still outside canada.
Please guide me what to do to avoid loosing PR status.
Regards.

the only thing you could do is try to go to canada before it ends if they let you in then stay for 2 years then apply for the renewal of your card , but most likely they may ask you if you fulfilled the requirements before you enter and if they suspect they will let you in but within a month you have to appeal the decision of revoking your cards in the court based on humanitarian causes like illness, family emergency....ect

If you do get in , and in the 2 years that you are without a PR card the following issue crops up. If you do need to leave Canada for any reason , you may not be able to reenter without a valid PR card.

What country are you currently in? USA?

Is your country of citizenship visa exempt?

No, i am not from visa exampt country.
Which date IO refer for checking the Expiry date of PR?
Will he see the expiry date or landing date?

They go by expiry date but they see both.
