dude. try to take pr under nominee program of any province, if you are close enough to complete your study!

AFAIK there is only one way for students to get PR based on their studies before actually finishing them: Ph.D.

PNP - Provincial Nominee Program

From the name: is it guaranteed that you get PR with PNP? or you get nominated among lots of nominees and then you won't get a chance of not being nominated to get PR?

There are no guarantees in life. At any stage.

However, once you're nominated, there isn't a quota system where only some nominees get PR. If you're nominated, it's almost a certainty that you'll get PR.
