PR in Alberta and I want to study in Quebec

Hello.

My family is applying for a PR in Alberta, and I'm willing to study in a university in Montreal, I heard things about the CSQ and other stuff. I just want to know if I can go live by myself directly after landing in Quebec to study, and my family stays in Alberta, and how to do that? I'm going to Quebec just to study.

If PR is under AINP, then you need to land in Alberta. Later on you can study in Quebec.
