PR immigrant - how to change my adresse where they will change my first pr card

Hi all,

Wondering please if you can help, I just got here (7 days) and I want to chagne the adress I gave at the borders, since I just moved.
ECAS is not working for me.


That being said, how can I change the adress please ?
I called CIC, they said they cant do it on the phone.

also if its the first time you geting PR,
is there any way to track it ? (EECAS IS NOT WOKRINT FOR ME :/)

No way to track it, you can probably call them after a week to confirm.

they said, if you sent the CSE. that's all. no need to call us. so they wont confirm or not ... :/

They will. Just ask them to confirm your address. Don't tell them that you sent a CSE, just ask to confirm your address.
