Hi,

I am working in India since last 4 years but I have a PR which expires after 3 years.

My wife and three kids don't have a PR.

What should I do? My company is suggesting that I give up PR and come in on Work Visa.

I don't think that is a good idea. I would like to go as PR and apply TRV for my family. How much time would it take for them to come? Any suggestions?

I want my family to come with me (or max after a gap of one month). The current suggestion of them coming after 1 year is not acceptable to me. My kids are triplets and less than 1.5 years of age.

The posted TRV processing time for India is 24 days. However it can take longer. They don't have to wait until you are in Canada to apply.

Note there is no guarantee that a TRV will be approved for them.

As you have been out of Canada for 4 years, you don't meet the RO. You may be reported on entry, which will result in your PR status being revoked.

If you are able to enter Canada without being reported, you will not be able to sponsor your family for 2 years.

Actually I had pr from 2009 to 2014 and I studied and worked there for 2.5years but since i could not complete 3 yrs I didnt become citizen. I again applied for pr in 2015 and got it in 2015 end . I visited canada in march 2016 to collect the card personally. Can I still not sponsor my family incase I come there for work. I have an offer from Canadian firm.

Do you mean that you renounced your previous PR status and submitted a brand new PR app in 2015? Or do you mean that you applied to renew your PR card in 2015?

Earlier one got expired in Nov 2014. Got it renewed in 2015

Then my previous advice stands. As you have been out of Canada for 4 years, you don't meet the RO and may be reported on entry. The validity of your PR card is irrelevant. If you make it in without being reported, you must spend 2 continuous years in Canada to once again meet the RO before you can sponsor your family.
