PR for second wife - never sponsored first wife.

I was separated from my first wife and my divorce was under process when I applied for my individual PR, I even submitted letter of declaration along with my PR application that I wish to take divorce from her and will never sponsor her in the future. Now I have received my PR and my divorce is also granted in Indian court.
Moving forward I wish to marry another girl from India whom I want to sponsor for PR, so my question is

1) Can I immediately apply for my second wife's PR once I am married to her or is there any cool down period?
2) Can my scenario impact second wife's PR application in any way?
3) What all precaution should I take to avoid her PR application from being rejected?

1) Yes, you can immediately apply for your second wife's PR.
2) Based on the information you have provided, there shouldn't be any impact.
3) Make sure you declare your previous marriage and divorce in the application to sponsor your new wife and include paperwork to show the divorce has been finalized.
