You can do it yourself. 410 is too low to be selected through Express Entry directly. You need a score of 470+. You should try to increase your score to that range. If that's not possible, then you will need to look into the PNP programs instead to see if one of those is an option for you.
Agree that 410 is too low. Physiotherapy is a licensed profession in Canada so look at the requirements to have your education & credentials assessed through the CPA.
