Your baby is the principal applicant, so I don't think you need to pay the $150 fee for the family member of the principal applicant under 22.
Your pay stubs are good; I'd send in proof of any savings and investments as well. You don't need to, it is just extra proof you can support your family and won't go on welfare.

oh thanks, and what abt medicals?
1) If medicals are to be done, should we do medicals for the baby now and send the results along with or will CIC tell us at a later stage to do the medicals as it was in our cases?
2) Since all of us are here now and also my baby got 6 months visa entry on his passport at the POE, will it be fine to do the medicals at the locations in Toronto as is the case for Inland applications?

You can do the medicals anywhere in the world that you find a DMP (designated medical practitioner).

As per my recollection, you must do the medicals before you apply and send the receipt you get with your application. However, consult your application guide to make sure.

Today I recieved an email asking for "REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORT COPIES" in that its asked to fill in the form Additional Family Info IMM5406 -

This form has to be filled for my Baby(10 months) who is the Principal Applicant, who is sponsored by me, my question is who will sign on this form should I sign on his behalf or should I leave blank just writing his name in place of signature. Please help...

I don't think this is a huge thing to worry about. I would print the baby's name, and then sign your signature beside that. If you wish you can write a small side note explaining what you did and why (your baby is only 10 months old!). This should be more than sufficient.

havent both of you applied for the citizenship Canada? if you are canadian citizens its easy for you to apply the citizenship for your baby.
and also you can just write your baby's name on behalf of your baby...

You don't have to re-post the same post many times but your answer is that as your husband is a PR and he is sponsoring you, the baby will have to be added to your application when it is born. You should inform the visa office now that you are going to give birth in June and that you will need to add your baby to your application. When the baby is born, go through all the application forms again and fill out what applies to the baby once again. Get medicals for the baby and pay the fees for the baby and send all of that in to the visa office with a cover letter saying you want to add your baby to the application.

Hi Satara86
i have the experience of this recently. i had my baby in 2009 & after the baby born i applied for my spousal visa. whin my husband call the immigration, they have asked my husband that he has to apply for the citizenship canada for my baby. then thay sent the application to my husband. we applied for the citizenship canada for my baby. he got his citizenship & also we applied for his canadian passport. Now he is a Canadian citizen & also a canadian passport holder. I'm still waiting for my visa.
& also you dont need to do the medical for your baby if you apply for the citizenship for your baby. they may ask a DNA test for the baby & the father. its not sure. but attach the birth certificate, health card, health reports & everything asked from the immigration. you should certify all the documents submitted.
do the right thing. call the immigration.

In your case, your baby is a citizen because the father is a citizen. In her case, the father is a PR so her baby will not get Canadian citizenship at birth unless it's born in Canada. Therefore, she must add the baby to the PR application so the father can sponsor it for PR along with her.

On the COPR its written I have to go out of the country and come back to get the PR process completed. What should be done I dont have any plans to travel now. Please let me know how to finish this process for my baby.

that part is easy. Go with your baby, his passport, and the COPR to the nearest border - US most likely. go, and you can "flagpole" - basically go out of Canada and re-enter immediately to "land as a PR" - well in that case, for your baby.
If you don't have a valid US visa, it doesn't matter. When you come to the border, you will be given an "administrative denial" - which is just the fact that you don't have a visa to the US - and then send back to the Canadian side. An officer will look at the papers, have you (on behalf of your baby) sign the COPR etc, and that's it. Process is done.
In a few weeks ( about 5 to 6 weeks, 50 days I think), you will get the PR card for your child in the mail, but your child becomes a PR as soon as he re-enters Canada and complete the "landing procedures".
You can do that at any of the US/Canada borders. IF you're in Toronto, that shouldn't be too difficult!
Good luck,
Sweden

Without Flagpole is there any other way?
Because I do not have the license yet and it will be difficult for me. Is there any other way to get the PR status done at the International Airport? or at any CIC office?
