What are the rules for obtaining PR for International Students in Newfoundland? Is it easier to get PR in Newfoundland?

Detailed requirements can be found here:

http://www.nlpnp.ca/student.html

One of the requirements is that you must have a full-time job offer in your field of study, or a related field of study, from a Newfoundland employer.

I've seen in some posts that it is easier in Quebec and Saskatchewan for international students to get PR than in other provinces. How far is it true?

In Saskatchewan it is not as easy as it used to be. But still it is far bettr when compared to other provinces.

Please don't think of Alberta right now. The economy is nosediving and the new government appeared to be numb. Due to these things the processing time for ainp ranges from 1 to 2 years. This is just for skilled worker. Ontario and Manitoba seem to be okay in terms of provincial nominations.

How is the job market especially for Engineering in these three provinces - Alberta,Newfoundland and Ontario ?

I am not sure about nfl but ontario is better right now. Their manufacturing sector is booming due to low oil prices.
