HI

I am applying for Canadian PR under the Skilled worker category.
I and my wife are Indian citizens while my son has a US passport.

I know that according to the application form i will have to mention
all my sons particulars while applying. Do i need to cancel his
US passport in case my case goes thru and i received a PR for Canada?

Is there any way to take my son on a visa to Canada and keep his US citizenship?

Pls respond

You don't have to cancel anything, he remains a US citizen with Canadian PR. He can also take out Canadian citizenship which will have no effect on his US citizenship.

My son is also an American Citizen and we are not. In our application submitted to CIO,Sydney - Nova Scotia, I indicated that he has 2 citizenship. Ours and American. I plan to submit his birth certificate from the US and report of birth from the Philippines. Good luck! :D
