Hi,
Anyone flagpoling recently can give me an update?
Has the lawyer associate successfully sued CBSA for illegally imposing restrictions on what time and how many people they can take per day for flagpoling? I have heard that they are being shady by removing this out of the cic website but these restrictions are still emplaced.
I'm planning to take bus to Fort Erie then walk to rainbow bridge on foot for flagpoling. I don't have USA visa. However, having a FT job prevents me from flagpoling on tues-thurs. Also, if I ask for a day off, they only take 5-9 people per day for flagpoling, meaning you have to be there at 8am sharp. Too early and you are not let in and too late and you will be refused to land. The earliest bus arrives at 9:30, which is impossible.
Should I go on a Saturday for the flagpole and printing the article saying these restrictions are illegal and the lawyer association is suing cbsa. What do u guys think?
