Hi,
I have a quick question, i got my PR based on spousal sponsership(my wife is canadian citizen) and we are living in US currently.
I got my PR approved and my first landing date is before Mar 2011.
My question is, what happens if i am unable to to to canada before this date, due to some personal reasons?
Do i have to start my application all over again?

Yes, you would. It is a case of use it or lose it.

Just to note, you do not have to move and stay in Canada by Mar 2011; you just have to land (a formal paperwork process that takes about 15 minutes) by that date. You can land and return to the states immediately if you want and then return later to settle (as long as it is within the time needed to fulfill your residency obligations).
