PR FILE STATUS

I am not getting exact status of my pR file as since last 2 years the status is not being changed.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 6, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review. "[/font]

Recently it is updated that .....
" Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 23, 2012. "

So I want to know that how much time the process will take to clear.

Please guide...

thx cool ....but not a day goes when i dont check my ecase but not able to log in to the information using my 2 AOR# and UCI # but I cannot log in...
