PR file in local office.

Hi, I submitted PR in economic category after AINP in May 2018. No response til day. Put an enquiry and got this reply:

This is with respect to the application for permanent residence under the provincial nominee class, for your above-noted client.



I must advise you that although the processing time for Provincial Nominee applications is indicated as 15 to 19 months, applications that are transferred to a local IRCC office for further review do not follow the standard timeframes as indicated on the IRCC website. Applications may require additional review by an officer, if any issues concerning admissibility to Canada are noted. Due to the high volume of applications at our office, we are unable to assign your application for permanent residence to an Immigration Officer at this time. We apologize for any difficulty or disappointment this may entail. Rest assured that your application is in queue for review.



Please refrain from requesting further file status enquires as this will result in more time being consumed for the purposes of file tracking and correspondence response. You will receive instructions as soon as your application is assigned to an Immigration Officer.

There are notice that nothing started excep criminality and transferred to LVO for eligibility review. And LVO shold done everything before february 2020. But they even dont start procced it.
If your ecas status app recieved its means anybody don't touch to your files. My gsms arrives after 135 days from order

Is a note in GCMS that they have to finish file before a certain date? Whaat is your LVO? Is it Calgary? Have you consulted any lawyer?

Yes, finish date was on february. But they didn't anything.
Yes, i have imm consultant. SHe say many files were transferred to lvo and they got huge backlog. And a lot of files wait to review long time. When ecas status changed back to in process they will start to work with application.
