Is there a standard or template for an "offer of employment" letter with regards to what IRCC requires for the purpose of the PR application?
What details need to be defined, is there a minimum salary, other terms that are required for IRCC to accept it?
For citizen of CETA member states, would such offer of employment be LMIA-exempt or would a LMIA still be required?
If CETA doesn’t apply, would GATS apply and therefore an LMIA exemption be applicable this way?
How does a job defined through an "offer of employment" get NOC classified?
Is it self-classification, should the title or the job be according to the desired NOC?
How legally “binding" is the actual offer of employment for either side?
Can the employer step away from the offer once PR has been granted for example?
Once landed in Canada, can one take up different employment despite a specific Offer of Employment having been provided in the PR application?
