i became a permanent resident in march 2007 and i had to go back home to finish my medical degree. I went back home after 10 days and unfortunately i couldn't come back to canada until august 2011. ( from june 2007 - 2008 i finished my final year of medical school, 2008-2009 i finished my internship year, so by this time i tried many times to leave me home country but i couldn't every time i tired they stopped me coz i had to finish my mandatory army service. so from sept 2009 up to april 2010 i was waiting for my papers to finish so i could be officially enrolled in the army, than from april 2010 to june 2011 i stayed in the army) i came back to canada august 2011. My question is could i apply for pr renewal under humanitarian and compassionate or my case is not really strong enough? i have a situation on my hand i got engaged last january and my PR will expire april 2012 i really wanna be able to renew my PR card to be able to see my fiancee OR otherwise i am stuck here in canada for a year and half until i renew my PR card which is gonna be kind of sucks coz i wouldn't be able to see her. Really guys i am looking forward to hear from u as soon as possible. AND IMPORTANT HINT " I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENT THAT PROVES WHAT I JUST SAID ABOVE WILL IT HELP ME"
