PR EXPIRED

hello, I have a doubt if any one could help me out will be great
I along with my family in 1994 had immigrated to canada on PR status, but we were there only for few days and came back to gulf n we never went back, we never completed my PR requirements
Now I would like to move to CANADA along with my husband and 2 kids , thru express entry primary applicant being my husband but for that process do i need to reounce my PR STATUS WHICH WAS NEVER COMPLETED ?

You will have to start the application all over again. If the application asks you anywhere if you had a PR status before then you have to declare it. It would be evident from your passport anyways.
