Hi, I wanted to know what I can do in my case for applying PR.

history- I’m in canada for the past 2 years under student visa for 2 year course and my course was done on Dec 2019.
Working as an administrative assistant for an IT company.

i has invited my husband to canada after 6 months of my arrival to canada he had come under Spouse open work permit and working full time. As office supervisor but could get promoted as operations manager in future. Had done his bachelors back home and only 6 months experience as Jr. Accountant.

my question is what program under PR should chose once We get our work permit by god’s grace.
I do know I have 3 options -
1) express entry
2) PNP under international students stream (is 1 year work required on work permit)
3. Can my husband apply directly for PR as he is working under Noc O category

what are the chance of our PR with a Canadian child. Is the baby still considered as dependent?

1) Depends on how many points you and your husband have. You need to have 470+ points right now to be selected. How many points do you have?
2) I'm assuming you are asking about the Ontario program. This could be an option if you meet all of the requirements however there are limited spots available.
3) Yes.

The fact you have a Canadian child does not increase your chances of getting PR. Since the child is already Canadian, they won't have to go through the medical as part of your PR application.
