I have been working in canada since july 2010 on work permit.It a company transfere having head office in India.I was out of canada from 29th Sep 2011 to 9 Dec 2011 for some medical treatment.During this time I took 2 weeks paid vacation and was working out of canada rest of days.I was working for same employer for same client.
I got my salary in Cad,deposited in Canadain Bank.I have my pay stubs and also my T4 that will be saying that I was in canada as cpp,EI and tax got deducted for same time frame
As per CEC requirement I need to fulfill 2 years of work exp in canada for filling the PR.
I am confused as to whether i will be eligible to place PR as of sep 26 2012 considering 2 weeks vacation for 2 years requirement or will be eligible after 10 Oct 2012.(returned back to canada 10 dec 2011)
