I received an email with an attached document asking me to reply to an email with a bunch of questions such as my name, height, date of entry to canada. they also mentioned the need for a picture but i cannot see where to send it. Is the picture upload once i have a portal account? so for now i just need to reply to the email answering the questions/info they requested?
