Hi friends.
I received an email from IRCC asking to confirm my email address to set up a username and password for me on the PR portal. I did. They sent me the credentials. I logged into the portal but found my profile only with no other person of my family members. My friends say I should see entries for every family member that was on the application.
I entered my mailing address and uploaded my digital photo, and downloaded the eCoPR for me. On my eCoPR all the names and UCI numbers of my family members are listed. So, why don't they show up in the portal to upload photos for them?

My wife and younger kids are not in Canada as I indicated in my confirmation email, but my older daughter is in Canada with me. So, at least she should appear on the portal with me, right?

My question is has anyone of you had a similar experience? Do you think the family members' profiles will show up later?
What do you advise I should do?
