PR CHANCES WITH 1 YEAR PG DIPLOMA COURSE

Hey can anyone confirm about PR through CEC is 2 year study mandatory in order to qualify for PR under CEC if anyone study 1 year course and work 1 year in NOC 0,A OR B category will one get PR through CEC or just say what are the options left for student who will study 1 year PG diploma and planning to get PR thanks

could u plz tell me what is CEC n all this..m applying for 1 yr DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS....IF ITS GONNA AFFECT PR..M REALLY WORRIED NOW...SHOULD I OPT FOR SMTHNG ELSE??????????

CEC= Canadian Experience class
PNP = Province Nominee Program

The above two are ways to get PR for international student PNP is better compare to CEC coz in CEC one needs to study 2 yrs and wrk 1 yrs in NOC O,A OR B category to get approved for PR but in PNP even a student who study 1 year is eligible to get approved for PR but with change in saskatchewan PNP now its hard to get PR through PNP as alberta and nova scotia requirement is to get job in NOC O ,A OR B category which is hard to get through PG diploma courses can some one put light on manitoba PNP or any other way to get PR through 1 year course
