PR Cards Renewal without Residency Obligation

Hi All,

Just want to share my knowledge with you all specially Lean and other experts.

I know someone who got their PR card renewed recently without meeting residency obligation. I am sure they have not spent more than 6 months in Canada and their cards were renewed.

I couldn't get my own card renewed and waiting for Interview call!

I know someone who got their PR card renewed recently without meeting residency obligation. I am sure they have not spent more than 6 months in Canada and their cards were renewed.

Either they lied about meeting the residency requirements and did not get caught or they had H&C grounds for staying outside Canada that long.
