hi i applied my pr on december 7th with urgent i send them my ticket letter with explaination and i called them week ago they said they gonna process my application normal and my flight is on 22nd of this month dont know what to do

If you won't have enough time to apply for a PRTD, you can either cancel your trip or change your return flight to land in the US and cross into Canada in a private car or on foot.

Apply TRV ( temporary Resident Visa ) ASAP and you can come back with that visa.
Right now online processing time is 7 days.
Make sure to carry your landing document.

Provided you meet the Residency Obligation, no, it is not hard to get. Processing times vary from a few days to a month, depending on where you are applying.
