I did soft landing in canada on July 2019 and told immigration oficer that i am staying in canada for 2 days.In response, she told me that since you are coming temporarily so we will not issue you the PR card. She has issued SIN and marked my details as landed. She asked me to apply for a permanent resident travel document when I visit canada next and then only i can apply for a PR card.
At the sametime, she has taken my permanent address in canada but have NOT taken my photographs for PR card.
2 days back, I got an email asking to update my address and send 2 photograhs for PR card within 30 days. When i try to udate the address at the link provided- https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
None of my information fetched the details - application number,UCI,receipt number.
I am really not sure, what to do?? Can anybody please suggest
