I recently booked a trip to Cuba for the middle of April only to realize that my Permanent Resident card has expired. I'll be getting my pictures done soon, but I'm wondering if I should even bother applying, or should I just cancel the trip? How long does it take for them to renew the card if its urgent and I provide proof of plane tickets?
