Hello,
I got my ITA on January 18, AOR on March 15 2023. I cleared all eligibility on April 14 2023.
I can see an ecopr document number generated in my application tracker, but I haven't received any portal emails till now.
I have called ircc multiple times and raised webforms but haven't come across any satisfactory response yet.
Can anyone please guide in this situation?.

Hey I had the same thing, after my document number was generated it took them almost a month to send me the Portal emails.

Looks like in my case it's been 3 months , may I ask what visa office was for you ?
Also did you have to do any additional steps ?

Mine was Etobicoke office. No I didn't have to do anything additional. But what had happened during that month was that I moved houses so I just sent a webform for ircc to update my address. Besides that I didn't do anything just waited.
