Respected seniors , Qorax et all & other knowledgeable members,

Kindly advise next steps. I completed landing in September 2013 along with family and my son stayed back as he is studying in the U of T. Now he received a letter at relatives address (given during PR application) that the photo is not as per spec and that he needs to mail one within 180 days of receipt of the letter. There was however no mention of the PR Card application status of my spouse , daughter and myself. What does this mean? Does it mean our photographs have been accepted and the PR cards will be sent to our address? Please advise.

Also we tried calling the toll free number from outside Canada but it does not connect. Is there any way to find out the status over phone or via mail.

Please advise

Regards,
Smikri

for me, it is a straight forward case, all of you will get your PR Cards except your wife, she needs to submit new photos,
