PR Card: sent thru regular mail or Express Post?

Hello all,

Could you please tell me how does PR card gets sent - through regular mail or Express Post? If it is sent thru regular mail, how long does it take to reach the destination (I'm hoping & assuming 2 - 3 business days considering the destination is within Canada)?

Are you talking about the original issuance or a renewal?

It is send via regular mail. If it is a renewal it must be picked up in person from your local CIC office.
