Hi, I appiled to replace my PR card because of the name change and it arrived at immigration office on March 10, 2016.
It's been almost 4 month now, and still didn't get any email, can't check ecas, or application is not returned to me.
I called them last week and they just said my application is not in the system yet.
I read here and noticed that many people getting their PR card renewal done so quick these days.
Ok, mine is replacement, not the normal renewal, but still i can't understan it's not even started process!!
Is there anybody in similar situation, or could you give me any advice what to do??
