I applied for PR card renewal and the status says "decision made'. Will they send the card in mail or i have to pick up at the office?

Whether you get PR card by mail or in person depends on many things like: whether you are out of Canada, whether you have only just met the 730 days, whether there are any concerns that you are currently not meeting the 740 days within the past 5 years, etc.

if someone did not meet RO but is in decision made, how long will they contact him? (If the case is approved)

For my PR renewal application I got the AOR on November 10th 2021 and after 5-7 days I have checked the online status and it was showing decision made. But I haven’t heard anything till date. It still showing decision made. Can anyone tell me when I can expect the PR card.

Did you receive your renewed PR card. I am facing a same issue. I had submitted my application in Apr 2022. I received a "Decision Made" confirmation on 18th May. And since then I am waiting for my renewed PR card.

I never received any email or AOR.
Where you were able to see the details and status, can you let me know plz.

Hello,

Trying to help my brother renew his PR. Just have a few questions:

1. Question 3.5 on IMM 5444 -
A sticker was placed on his passport back in 2017 before coming here. Is that a'Travel Document' and I need to check that box on Question 3.5?

2. I have issues validating the IMM 5444 form because of the TO date requirement in questions 4.1 and 4.2 for his most recent address and Work and Educational activity. I tried leaving it blank, putting "present" in the TO field - not successful. What information should i put there?

i have linked my renew pr card to check the status of my application, but it linked to my PR card application (not renew one), that is belongs to 5 years ago. the submitted date is O.K, but the status showed that the final decision has been made 5 years ago.
what can i do?
