PR Card Renewal without 730 days requirement???

I have applied for PR card renewal in March 2011. But that time I was two month short and thought that at the time My application will get approve, I will have my 730 days.
I know I have committed mistake and should have read this forum before applying. I have not heard anything back from Immigration since then. Case is still in process and No news .....
My PR card is getting expired in August and not sure what will happen to my current application?

My question is How I can prove my residency obligation if I dont have apartment lease at my name since I am sharing?

Is it possible to withdraw this application and reapply?

What question they will ask me if I will goto pickup my card after approval?
what documents they will see at the time of delivering PR card?
Are they going to verify every single day and how I dont have any stamps on passport because its new and lost the old one in UAE.

They would not refuse you if you had the opportunity to have your 730 days before your first 5 years as a PR are up but they might wait until your PR card expires to see if you really have them. You might be looking at a residency questionnaire and a delay in your PR card renewal but at some point, you should get it.

Thanks for your feedback and I have my finger crossed. Why are they taking more time than normal processing??? They started processing my application in May and no news till July???

How long they take after they start processing your application???

Just Got Ecas update that my case has been approved and they will send me letter to pickup my card from closest CIC office.

Did you do premium processing?

No it was Normal processing. I applied March 21st and just received an email about approval. They started processing my case on May 5th. 2011 and approved July 7th, 2011
