I landed to Canada with a PRTD (R-1) and expired PR card (had not completed RO). The CBSA officer kept my PR card saying they would send a new one. They never sent it and I didn't apply (wanted to complete 730 days first). Now that I have to apply for a new one, should I apply for a lost, stolen PR card or a general renewal. I have a photo of the PR card though so I have the UCI and all necessary info.
