PR Card Renewal - Unknown status

Hi,

I have applied for PR card renewal on 5 May 2022; they sent me an e-mail stating that they received my application on 13 Jun 2022.

When I check the status of my application it shows me decision made but then I created CIC account and linked the application to the account it shows me that the application is under process. Has any one faced the same situation like this? is it completed or under process?

If it is completed, wouldn't you receive the card by now?

I am in the same situation so what does it mean, why both accounts are showing different status
