hello everyone, Please if somebody can help me in this.... I entered Canada on the 2nd of February 2015 with a PRTD and I'm the only one from my family who was granted PRTD and all my family lost the status. Then I waited for about 2 years and 25 days on the 27 February 2017 for a PR card application renewal one. I received an email on the 2nd of May 2017 that they want additional documents from me( entry-exit record plus photocopies for all my passports in the last 5 years. So I sent them and they received all the document they required by the 1st of Juneand also I gave them all the part time jobs and transcripts from York university and all filing tax forms. So I'm trying to call CIC every 3-4 days and every time I call they say that I have to wait and there is no time frame. On the 25th of July 2017 they told me there is a note that your application was sent back to queue. So can somebody tell me please how long it can takes maximum or approximately in queue?
I need this PR because I don't have any photo ID and even they are not accepting to give me a provincial card without a PR card or applying to a driver license. SO PLEASE IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME ANSWERING MY QUESTION I WILL APPRECIATE IT. NOTE that my case I dunno why they sent it to 2nd review because logically how I can now be present in Canada and I didn't receive any PR card in the last 3-4 years so it's impossible that I left Canada in this period.
