We became PR on Mar 2016. Our PR card renewal is due in May 2021. I have met the RO but not my kid and wife (They had a . Due to personal reasons, they went to my home country and returned luckily last year Feb (2020).
1. When will it be good to file for PR renewal for them?
2. What are the supporting documents that I need to submit for them? My kid was not sent to any daycare or any school in 2016 or school here.
3. If I submit after May 2021, will the officer calculate from May 2016 to May 2021 or 2016 - 2021 (only last 5 years)?

Thanks in advance,
Mohan.

They should only apply for PR card renewal once they have met the 730 days out of 5 years. They can be in Canada without a valid PR card.

Thanks canuck78. But do we need to submit supporting documents always or is it ok not to send any supporting documents?
