Hi,
I renewed my PR card online on 5th November,2020 but have not received any acknowledgment (AOR) till date. My application shows as submitted online but nothing more. Please can someone tell me if it is normal that i am waiting so long.

I applied on the 7th online. From my understanding there is no AOR when applying online

I have no clue. I have not been able to get my application number yet.

How does IRCC let applicants know that their PR cards are ready or sent? Isn't there any way of communication between IRCC and PR card applicants? I mean for paper based PR card renewal applications there is the AOR email informing them about their application numbers so that they can track their application process. There must be something similar for online applications as well.
