PR card renewal online application/IRCC portal

Hi, I applied for PR card renewal online on 28/4/2023. I was only able to link the online application to my IRCC account last week. From experience, does that mean a decision on the application is imminent or they only just began looking at the file? Thanks !

Usually means they have started processing your application.
