PR Card Renewal Fees

I am applying for my PR Card renewal from within Canada. My card has been expired for a few years now because I am accompanying my Canadian citizen spouse and plan to return to Canada. We're visiting Canada next week and I have all the paperwork & proof of my time outside with my hubby(right from home ownership, utility bills, etc that I am attaching to the renewal packet). How to pay fees for the PR renewal and do I need to pay the biometric fees?
