Hi,
I am wondering that can i send pr card renewal application if i have spent exactly 730 days inside Canada in past 5 years? Can there be any question raised by cic?
As per rules, 730 days in pasr 5 years needed to renew a card.

P. S. Post is on behalf of friend.

It's generally recommended to have at least a few buffer days (ideally a couple of weeks) and not submit the renewal application with exactly 730 days. Sure, you can do it. But if there are any issues with dates, that could quickly lead to a problem with the renewal. Also, if you submit with exactly 730 days, this increases the chances of a secondary review by IRCC and longer processing times.

I submitted my renewal at 734 days. My card was approved on time although was stuck with printing issue for an additional month beyond the processing time.
