PR Card renewal Ecas Status- Complete???

Hi Everyone,

My ecas shows the following information:

We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 1, 2012.

We started processing your application on March 14, 2012.

Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on April 17, 2012. You will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the CIC office closest to you.

You have received your permanent resident card on May 4, 2012.

But I haven't received my PR card.

How is that possible? What am I going to do?

My PR card was approved on March and still no notification....

Mine is also same, the status shows "complete" and "you have received PR Card on May 8, 2012." But I have not received yet. Did you receive it, jeymi? and when?

FYI my PR card just came in the mail.

Wierd, I tought i would have to go pick it up.

It took a while to arrive but at least I didn't have to spend time on that
