PR Card Renewal Application Q

I'm filling out the application to renew my PR card and I've run out of slots to use for my travel history. I'm filling out the PDF in adobe. Do I just attach a spreadsheet with all the dates, or is there a way to add more slots? It doesn't mention anything on the application.

What did you do?
I have about 75 lines needed for travel history. (About 65 of these are same day trips but they need to be listed)
