PR Card reissue

Hello all,

I recently found an error in my PR card and have sent it back for being re-issued. However, since the application has to be mailed, is there a way of tracking its progress like .. linking it to my GC Key account ?

Will I be able to get more information, if I were to call them ?

Can you please share, how long actually it took to get the new PR card after you mailed the application?
