Just a quick question. I am CEC inland and sent my passport to get stamped from Ottawa. it might take another month or two to receive the PR card once I do the landing procedure. I was planning to leave for my home country someday in November few days after landing.
So, is it ok if my friend brings my PR card along with him because he will be coming to my home country a month after me.
