Dear All,

Anyone recently received PR card?

I landed in 20July, but still haven't received my PR card. I did a search on the Canada.ca website, and found the processing time to be around 120days.

So, I am wondering whether anyone landed during the similar time period has received the PR card yet? or any info about the PR card processing time due to COVID.

many thanks.

Processing times for new PR cards are around 130 days right now and this doesn't include mailing times. If you only landed in July, it's way too early to be expecting your PR card. You'll be looking at November / December.

Thanks.
I didn’t expect that long, but already made travel plans. So, can I travel before I get the PR card?

can I leave Canada without a PR card? I am thinking maybe I can ask my family to mail me the card once received.

Yes - you can leave Canada without a PR card. Yes - you can have your family mail the PR card to you once received.

Hello Team

I have landed on 16th March 2020, I can see on the Canada.Ca portal that my PR card has been issued on 23rd July 2020 but unfortunately i haven't received my PR card,

I did follow up with IRCC team and they mentioned that may be your PR card lost in Canada post so, re-apply initial PR card by submitting Solomon declaration on 7th September 2020 thrice by mail and fax both system is not updated yet properly.

Till today I am following up PR card with IRCC and getting same response that system not updated kindly help me out team what should i do..? how long do i need to wait...?
