In CIC website it says PR card processing time is 13 days. However, the immigration officer gave me a paper after my PR interview/approval (COPR) and it says around 45 days. I am applying from Alberta, Calgary. Any idea on this?

CIC is correct. I am waiting for pr card after landing on May 7. One of landers on May 7 has gotten his status approved and the mailed out to him at the moment. So it usually takes more thant 3 weeks for receiving pr card.
