It has been 85 days since I landed in Canada, and, the processing time for PR Cards issuance for the first time is showing currently as 65 days at the IRCC website. However, since the Address Notification link to provide my address to IRCC office was not working for me; I have sent a web form with my address to IRCC, and, I received a reply since 54 days that my address issue has been resolved.
Should I contact IRCC through webform as I am at 85 days since landing, or, should I wait for additional two weeks to reach 65 days threshold since providing the IRCC office my address.
